"I contacted you people some time ago regarding the fact that your software seems deluded into thinking that I have some sort of a virus hosted on my website. Notwithstanding the fact that it's gone now and the site was resubmitted for approval nearly two months ago, the mere notion that a .zip folder containing nothing but an .rtf readme file and four .esp files (plugins for a video game called Morrowind) has anything even approaching the realm of harmful shows just how bad your software really is at detecting problems.

I would personally be ashamed to have my name attached to anything that thinks a mod for a damned video game is malware, not to mention the fact that the exact same file is hosted on several other websites (planetelderscrolls.com, for exmaple) with no negative reprecussions whatsoever.

I have as much faith that somebody will respond to this as I did the last time I contacted you (absolutely none), but in the miraculous event that somebody actually does, try actually putting some thought into what you type instead of copy/pasting canned responses from your list of form emails. You may find that it really helps with that whole "communicating with the customer" nonsense.

Not that I would ever consider myself a "customer" of you people, of course. I'm just sick of your whole "dangerous downloads" label scaring women and small children away from my website. Most non-idiots tend to ignore it and make use of the information I provide, but the itnernet is unfortunately very full of idiots. Your target audience, for example, consists entirely of them. Whoever designed the software is very likely one, as well.

Thank you for your time."

What do you think my chances are of getting tl;dr'd on this, guys?

As with any big company, tl;dr is a 99% possibility. Epic pwn is epic though.

Kinda too late to point it out now, but in the sentence where you call their target audience idiots, you also spell internet as "itnernet."

But, besides that spelling nazi shit, that was pretty good, man, haha. Let us know if you get a response to it.

Yeah, definitely keep us up to date and let us know if anything comes back, I'd be interested in seeing their response to something like that, haha.

Man I really hope they actually read it and send you something other than a generic cut-n-paste response. This is too good of an opportunity to make someone feel really awkward about their job.

Still no response. Resent the email. Also registered an account and left a comment about my site with that email pasted into it.

On another note, my site is currently the number one search result for "Morrowind Mod List" >.>

I read that part as though you were telling us to be severely angry at the email.
