Finally bought it and listened to it and I can say this, it is atleast as good as their last album Rise and Fall. It has that great Offspring sound to it, so if you are already a fan, you will feel warm inside. There are probably 10 really great solid songs. Including their typical catchy odd sounding song...

They redo an Ignition classic, Dirty Magic, and it sounds great updated. My favorite so far is "Slim Pickens does the right thing and rides the bomb to hell" which has the greatest song title EVER! (Dr strangelove... duh)

I give it a solid 8 :fuckingsun: :fuckingsun: :fuckingsun: :fuckingsun: :fuckingsun: :fuckingsun: :fuckingsun: :fuckingsun: out of 10

I was honestly a bit disappointed by this album to tell the truth. Actually, very disappointed. I had such high hopes after Rise and Fall (which may be my second favorite Offspring album behind Ixnay,) especially since I felt it had been a while since they released a truly great album until that point. But I feel that instead of being the Americana to Rise and Fall's Ixnay, in terms of follow up... It was more like Splinter.

With the exception of a few select songs, this album really just bored me. I didn't find myself enjoying it nearly as much as their last album. I did manage to get a legitimate copy of this album for free though, so I didn't spend money on it, nor did I pirate it. Maybe I'll have to give it another shot or two to see if it grows on me the way the past couple Iron Maiden albums had to, or the newest Rise Against, but something about it just felt like they really missed the mark, and I can't pinpoint it.
