I sort of have this project in my head for something i want to write.

Problem is, the only way i feel like it can do it how i want is to use third person and first person.

Basically third person for describing stuff and action, and first person for inner monologue. Is this something that would be ultimately confusing?

Like i want it to feel like a comic (and possibly one day have someone actually draw it) but think of the third person as the pictures and the first person as, like i said, inner monologue, like The Dark Knight.

For example:

The pantry was filled with nothing but packages of ramen. Every single flavor was represented, even the weird stuff you can only find in certain places. They were all sorted by flavor.

What kind should I eat tonight?

nope, that isn't confusing at all. If you want to make sure everything is totally not confusing use the italics on 1st person and not in 3rd

Best advice I can give you for writing is this,

Just write

If you think about it too much, you won't write anything at all.

Coming into this thread incredibly late

Using 1st person perspective for inner thoughts in a third person story is fine, just make sure to use italics for all of the first person stuff
